A Way Out of the Palestinian Impasse

We must try, and keep trying. The following are the terms of the solution:

First: the formation of an administrative council of independent Palestinian experts, specialists, and academics to manage the civil life of the Palestinian people. The Palestinian people have no need of a government or a presidency, and we are deceiving ourselves when we burden ourselves with titles that do not befit our painful reality.

Second: an independent person is one known for his national affiliation, but who is not tied to any Palestinian faction or to any Arab or non-Arab state.
